MEDICAL DEVICE TESTING IN VIVO

Our nonclinical models include in vivo and ex vivo options for implantable and other devices. Absorption Systems provides specialized tissue-based ADME ocular models that can provide a comprehensive study from design to testing to endpoint analysis using conditions optimized for your compound.

All animal studies are performed in our 50,000 sq. ft. AAALAC-accredited, GLP-compliant and NIH-assured vivarium located in San Diego, CA. We have experience with species such as rodents, rabbit, pig, dog, and sheep plus disease models including glaucoma, AMD, KCS, CNV and more.

With a full medical device team in-house, including a staff veterinarian and in vivo scientists, we are able to create and include a multitude of clinically relevant disease states and surgical models within our fully accredited GLP Facility.
