Findings as reported in this article improve our understanding of the pharmacokinetics of ocular suspensions and facilitate quantitative assessment and development of novel and generic ophthalmic suspension products. This can also further enable the development of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models that may be utilized for human predictions.
