Rapid Screening to Enhance Compound Selection
Understanding basic physicochemical properties (solubility, chemical stability, lipophilicity, etc.) is critical for identifying favorable drug candidates and for selecting appropriate tools and experimental conditions for further evaluation of ADMET characteristics. Standard approaches for these tests are rapid and inexpensive, but provide highly valuable information.
