Studies are run under conditions optimized for your compound. We will work closely with you to design a study that both fits your budget and provides the answers you need. In addition to our ExpressPlus™ assays, we also offer custom ADME assays. For example, these customized assays allow you to:

• get meaningful results from sticky compounds, compounds with low solubility and pro-drugs; |

• determine the extent of regional absorption and metabolism using intestinal segments from humans or rodents; |
|
• assess biliary excretion in an isolated, perfused rat liver model; |
|
• determine if a compound can be successfully administered via a non-oral route by using transport studies based on nasal tissue, buccal tissue, skin, or vaginal tissue; |

• assess the CNS penetration potential using in situ rat brain perfusion; |
