In addition to our Express assays we also offer custom ADME assays.  These assays allow you to:

• get meaningful result from sticky compounds, compound with low solubility and prodrugs,
• determine the extent of regional absorption and metabolism using intestinal segments from humans, monkeys, and rodents,
• determine if a compound can be successfully administered via an non-oral route by using transport studies based on nasal tissue, buccal tissue or skin from humans, and rodents,
• determine the CNS penetration potential of a compound using rat brain perfusion studies,
• determine the barriers to bioavailability using surgically modified rat, pig and dog studies for direct intestinal drug administration.

The results from these assays are delivered to you in either report format that you specify. You can elect to use either our Basic or Standard report format, or you can define your own format. Please click on the titles below to download examples of our Basic and Standard report.
